The room was nice, but the dinner was a letdown with frozen food.

The location was ideal and the atmosphere of the hotel was

exciting, especially with the karaoke and board games available for entertainment. The staff were notably attentive and willing to assist with various requests. However, walking through the mall to get to the beach might be cumbersome, especially late at night.

The staff were simply amazing, greeting me by name and truly making me feel welcome! The room was comfy with a nice big TV, but the traffic in the area was a bit chaotic. 🚕

The convenient integration of the hotel with Beachwalk Mall allowed for easy access to shopping and restaurants without needing to go far.

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the cleanliness, as we noticed ants in our room despite keeping it tidy.

The friendly staff, the clean and modern facilities, the well-maintained pool was simply outstanding.

I stayed at Aloft for 4 nights and found it to be an excellent choice for work. The breakfast offered a fantastic array of choices, which I looked forward to each morning. The gym, while basic, had enough equipment for a good workout. The hotel's location next to Beachwalk Mall made it easy to access shopping and dining options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The lack of soundproofing could be an issue for light sleepers.

The spacious and comfy room provided an excellent setting for our relaxing getaway. The fresh Bali drip coffee station was definitely a highlight, with staff like Yuda enhancing the experience. Furthermore, the balcony offered a lovely space for unwinding with a beautiful garden view.

The semi-open bathroom layout may lack privacy for some guests in shared settings.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the beach and adjacent to a mall offering various conveniences. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family, and the large, comfortable sofa provided a nice spot to unwind. Housekeeping was attentive, surprising us with extra drinking water after our outings, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the delicious salads made for a delightful culinary experience during our stay.
